Smart Fit was founded in 2008. Its main aim was to offer gymnasium services to the public but at a cheaper price than other companies. With its growth, it gained popularity in a lot of Latin American states including Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia, and Porto Alegre among others. One of the techniques they used to attract customers is the use of high-quality equipment at a lower price.
Over the years, the company has partnered up with a lot of markets and companies which has led to its major success. It also received R$520 million from Patria Investors and Singapore Sovereign Fund which helped them take care of their expenses as they increased their market.
